Pork Adobo! Adobo means to marinate in Spanish. Filipinos cook it differently. I’ve always loved my mom’s version not because I am biased but because it is really good.
It’s always best to marinate the pork overnight with Silver Swan Soy Sauce, White Vinegar, Minced Garlic, Filipino lemon and a little sugar.
After marinating it, put in a pot and allow to boil for 20 to 30 minutes. Add Bay Leaves to taste.
Done! Dinner ready!
